GDBO.EASEMENTS data is acquired through survey plats submitted to the Municipality of Anchorage from professional land surveyors. Easement data is also acquired through bearing and distance information contained in Book and Page, and Serial documents. Existing easements are updated from re-surveyed plats submitted to the Municipality of Anchorage. No future changes in acquisition, storing, maintenance, updating, displaying, or dissemination of information contained in the GDBO.EASEMENTS feature class are planned.
