Abstract:: Grid_500 is a polygon layer that divides the Municipality of Anchorage into 500-scale grids. These grids are used primarily for the production of 500-scale grid maps.
Purpose:: To provide a data layer for various mapping and analytical needs for use with other MOA GIS data sets. Data is stored and maintained as a feature data layer in SDE.
Supplemental_Information:: Grid_500 is related to Grid_100, which breaks the Municipality down further into 100-scale grids.
